بررسی تاثیر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی و هزینه‌های تولید بر صادرات کالاهای صنعتی با نقش میانجی رفتار نوآورانه در کارخانه‌های کاشی شهر بیرجند

چکیده
بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی از جمله موضوعاتی است که به علت ارتباط تنگاتنگ آن با توسعه نیافتگی جامعه‌ها، در دوره‌ای طولانی، اذهان اغلب اندیشمندان را به خود مشغول داشته است. بنابراین یکی از دغدغه‌های مدیران، بهبود بهره‌وری منابع انسانی در سازمان است. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تاثیر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی و هزینه‌های تولید بر صادرات کالاهای صنعتی در ایران با نقش میانجی رفتار نوآورانه می‌باشد. روش انجام آن، به صورت میدانی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری در شامل؛ کلیه پرسنل هیات مدیره و مدیریت مالی بخش بازاریابی مدیریت فروش و فنی مهندسی کارخانه‌های کاشی نیلوفر و آیدا سرام شهر بیرجند می‌باشند؛ که با توجه به اطلاعات به دست آمده تعداد آنها 60 نفر است. به منظور نمونه‌گیری از سرشماری استفاده شد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل به روش معادلات ساختاری و همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پی.ال.اس می‌باشد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده هزینه‌های تولید بر رفتار نوآورانه در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تأثیر مستقیم داردو شدت این تأثیر برابر با 0/1999 می‌باشد. هزینه‌های تولید بر صادرات کالاهای صنعتی در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تأثیر مستقیم دارد و شدت این تأثیر برابر با 0/636 می‌باشد. بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی بر رفتار نوآورانه در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تأثیر مستقیم دارد و شدت این تأثیر برابر با 0/816 می‌باشد. بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی و هزینه‌های تولید بر صادرات کالاهای صنعتی در ایران با نقش میانجی رفتارنوآرانه اثر دارد و شدت این تأثیر برابر با 0/217 می‌باشد.

چکیده English

The productivity of human power is one of the topics that has occupied the minds of most thinkers for a long time due to its close connection with the underdevelopment of societies. Therefore, one of the managers' concerns is improving the productivity of human resources in the organization. The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of manpower productivity and production costs on the export of industrial goods in Iran with the mediating role of innovative behavior. The method of doing it is in the field and the tool for collecting information is a questionnaire. The statistical community includes; All the personnel of the board of directors and financial management of the marketing department, sales management and technical engineering of Nilofar and Aida tile factories are in Saram, Birjand city; According to the obtained information, their number is 60 people. Census was used for sampling. The method of analysis is structural equations and Pearson correlation using PLS software. According to the obtained results, production costs have a direct effect on innovative behavior at the confidence level of 95% and the intensity of this effect is equal to 0.199. Production costs have a direct effect on the export of industrial goods at the confidence level of 95% and the intensity of this effect is equal to 0.636. Human resource productivity has a direct effect on innovative behavior at the 95% confidence level, and the intensity of this effect is equal to 0.816. The productivity of manpower and production costs have an effect on the export of industrial goods in Iran with the role of behavioral mediator and the intensity of this effect is equal to 0.217.
